BN Hulu Langat Should Disclose Their Spending of Their Allocations 乌冷国阵应公开拨款用途

BN grassroot leaders at 9 new villages in Hulu Langat should explains how they spent the amount of RM1.15 million from 2015 till May 2017 which was allocated by the PM's Department for infrastructures for each respective villages. They are answerable to the public as every cent spent is from tax payers money.

乌冷县内９个新村的国阵领袖有必要公开从２０１５年至２０１７年５月所获得由首相署所拨出１１５万令吉的去向。拨款属于纳税人所贡献，他们有必要知道到底这批款项是否用在适当的地方来维修或提升新村内的基本设施上

I am entrusted by the state government to manage my constituency’s allocation of RM800,000. This allocation is meant for local activities, emergency and special infrastructure works and whatever contribution we, as state assemblyman, felt deem fit in term of direct cash grant to NGOs accordingly to a guideline given by the State Treasury. 

身为州政府执政州议员之一，我每年都受委管理选区内的拨款。我的职责就是要根据州财政署的指南，拨款予选区内的各种活动，紧急及特别基设维修以及视情况而定以现款协助选区内的大小社团以解燃眉之急。 

As the money is considered the people money, I knew that it is my responsibility to be as transparent as possible in managing it. Attached are the details of the expenditure for Q1, 2017 for public reference.

这属于人民的钱，在处理过程中我坚信这必须要透明化，以下附上无拉港州选区2017年第一季的拨款详情，以供参考。

I hope that BN politicians, either Ministers, Members of Parliament, Village Heads or even grassroot leaders who are also entrusted by their respective governments to disclose their spending of their allocations.

我也希望国阵的各部长，国州议员，村长以及其他地方领袖们，都可以以身作则，把拨款的详情公开，让人民解读。
